How long is The Australia Card valid for?
The Australia Card is valid for 12 full months from the month of purchase. So, if you purchase the card on 01 SEP 2009 it is valid until 01 SEP 2010.
Can I cancel the card once issued and paid for?
No.
Can I receive another card if lost or stolen?
Yes, just contact us.

Shipping & Delivery
To begin enjoying The Australia Card,simply fill in the form at www.theaustraliacard.com.au/join.asp and click the submit button. When the transaction has successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation of payment to the email address that you have provided.
Once you payment has been received, your Australia Card will be posted via standard mail to your nominated address within 1 working day. If you are on your way to Australia already and can’t wait for the mail we can arrange for the card to be available upon check in at your hotel if you advise details.
